Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher loses its value and cannot be redeemed.
Stay Reservation
Redeeming the voucher requires prior booking of the date and apartment, subject to availability. The voucher does not guarantee availability on the selected date.
Payment Method
The voucher can only be purchased using the available payment methods.
Refund
Purchased vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Voucher Transfer
The voucher is personal but can be transferred to another person as a gift. In such cases, ApartPark Baltic Home must be informed of the user change at the email address apartpark@baltichome.pl.
Restrictions
The voucher can only be used for services offered by ApartPark Baltic Home and in accordance with the regulations applicable at the facility.
Voucher Loss
ApartPark Baltic Home is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the voucher. No duplicates will be issued.
